MindSpectre plans to begin compliance assessments soon, including work toward SOC 2 and a review of applicable EU AI Act requirements. These are planned next steps, and we have not yet completed all of the associated work or assessments.

Current Status

Our compliance program is still being developed. We do not currently have a SOC 2 report, and we are not claiming full compliance with the EU AI Act. The plans described here should not be understood as completed audits, certifications, or guarantees of compliance.

SOC 2

We plan to prepare for a SOC 2 examination and work toward an independent assessment. This process has not yet been completed, and no SOC 2 report is currently available.

EU AI Act

We plan to review the EU AI Act requirements applicable to MindSpectre and assess the measures needed to address them. This work has not yet been completed, and we are not announcing an EU AI Act certification or a completed conformity assessment.

We will update this page as our compliance work progresses and assessments are completed. We have not yet committed to a completion date.
